Yongxin Zhao, Ph.D. from University of Illinois at Chicago, Postdoctoral fellow at Cornell University Graduate School of Medicine and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, He has been engaged in cancer research for more than 20 years. Dr. Zhao has been a well-known scientist in the ADC field. He has 67 invention patents (42 were authorized) and published 27 professional articles. In his early years, he was engaged in drug process research and development in Monsanto (later Pharmacia) in the United States, and then conducted ADC research in ImmunoGen, Inc. in the United States for 12 years. As a technical leader, he has successively participated in the technology transfer and cooperation projects with 12 pharmaceutical companies related to ADC drugs, as well as the designing, process optimization, clinical study and marketing processes of T-DM1. Dr. Robert Yongxin Zhao is also a special reviewer of J. Med. Chem., Bioconj. Chem. and ACS Med. Chem. Lett journals in the United States, and a member of the National "Thousand Talents Program " Biomedicine Professional Committee.

Xiaomai Zhou, Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from Tufts University, USA, and a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Zhou is responsible for molecular and cell biology, antibody generation and engineering, and in vitro functional evaluation of antibody ADC drugs at DAC Biotechnology. At ImmunoGen, Inc. and Boehringer Ingelheim in the US, he has been responsible for the establishment of three major technology platforms (phage display, B-cell hybridoma, and the cutting-edge single B cell) for the development of therapeutic antibodies,. and successfully obtained specific monoclonal antibodies with high affinity to target antigens from single B cells. Dr. Zhou led and participated in multiple antibody and ADC anti-cancer drug projects. He presided over the establishment of dozens of quantitative analysis methods for the evaluation of the functions of therapeutic antibodies at the molecular and cellular levels, and advanced the projects into experimental animal or clinical stages. Dr. Hongsheng Xie was admitted to Henan Medical University in 1977, majoring in clinical medicine. After graduation, he worked in the Department of Cardiology in the Affiliated Hospital of his college for 8 years. Later, he received a PhD in Pharmacology and Therapeutics from the University of Manitoba School of Medicine in Canada. During this period, he published 8 papers, of which he was the first author for 7, and proposed the HISS theory of the relationship between liver and diabetes. From 1999 to 2007, he served as the Director of Pharmacology at ImmunoGen, Inc. in the United States. He was responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of ADC drug efficacy pharmacokinetics toxicology and the design of clinical trials. During this period, he published 7 ADC-related papers and 1 review whichhad many innovations in theory and draggability. From 2007 to 2013, he worked in Shire Pharmaceuticals, responsible for the design and clinical trial application of clinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetics research of biological drugs. Dr. Qingliang Yang received a bachelor s degree from Sichuan University, was trained as a synthetic chemist at Cornell University, and held a doctorate degree in chemistry and chemical biology. In the United States, he also worked at AMRI and participated in the research of Alzheimer drugs (BACE-1 inhibitors), and had extensive experience in the development of anti-inflammatory drugs, central nervous system disease drugs and anti-tumor drugs.
