We strategically prioritize programs for high-prevalence indications, including lung cancer, prostate cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies and others. Our proprietary end-to-end DACure platform consists of five interrelated pillars spanning the full ADC development lifecycle: payload and linker design, site-specific conjugation, antibody discovery and engineering, as well as in-house CMC and manufacturing. These pillars work in synergy, enabling us to tailor differentiated ADC modalities while improving their efficacy, tolerability, manufacturability and development efficiency.
